What Is the Haakaa Baby Registry?
Our new online baby registry is a free feature we’ve introduced as part of our revamped website, and it’s available to all NZ & Australia-based Haakaa customers. Think of it as your personalised baby shower wish list: select the Haakaa products you love, add them to your registry, and then share a single link with friends and family so they can shop for you easily and confidently, knowing they’re getting exactly what it is you need.
That means no more duplicate gifts and no more guessing games. Your loved ones can see exactly what's still needed, and once something is purchased, it's automatically removed from the visible list, so no one doubles up. But, and this is the most important part, you still have complete visibility when you’re signed in, so you can see exactly what’s still available on your list and what has already been snapped up!
How It Works
We’ve made getting started with your Haakaa NZ gift registry as straightforward as possible, with just three simple steps:
- Create your account: Sign up or log in to your existing Haakaa account.
- Fill in your details: Tell us a little about yourself and your due date.
- Add your favourite gear: Browse the full Haakaa range and click “Add to Registry” on any product page.
Once your list is ready, simply select “Share my Registry” to generate a link you can send to friends and whānau. They can purchase directly through your baby registry online, with no account required – though we always recommend guests create an account to more easily track their orders.
What are the benefits of using the Haakaa Registry?
- Track purchases automatically: Items bought through your registry are removed from the list your family and friends can see, so there’s no risk of people accidentally doubling up (provided they buy through the registry).
- Multiple quantities supported: Need two of the same bottle? You can add more than one to your list, and your guests can choose to buy one or more, with any remaining units staying visible for other purchasers.
- Easy to update: Forgot to add something? No problem. Log in and select “Manage my Registry” at any time to add more products.
- Searchable by name: If a guest loses your link, they can visit haakaa.co.nz and use “Find a Registry” to search for you by name.
- Current pricing: Prices reflect what's live on the site at the time of purchase, so your guests will benefit from any sales or specials that happen to be running.
- Wishlist pre-planning: Not sure yet what you want on your registry? Use the Wishlist feature to save ideas, then transfer your favourites across to your official registry when you're ready!

Your guests can browse your list, choose a gift, and check out as a guest; it's a completely seamless experience.
